Yearbook wins first-place award

Noblesville Middle School's 2000-01 yearbook, Reflections, won first place in the yearbook category at Ball State University's Journalism Day for middle school and junior high school students.

Judges said the yearbook was impressive. Its design is consistent and very trendy and the theme is carried through the book very well.

Judges also noted that captions were informative and the use of cut-out background photos was cute.
